1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any trip with Rapid Transit Rafting (“RTR”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all reservations made via our website, phone, or in-person.
2. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required at time of booking
- All prices in USD
- We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Group bookings (10+ people) require 25% non-refundable deposit
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Weather Policy: Trips run rain or shine. No refunds for weather cancellations except when RTR initiates cancellation for safety reasons.
4. Participant Requirements
- Minimum age: 7 years for all rivers
- Minimum weight: 50 lbs (23 kg)
- Pregnant women cannot participate
- Participants must disclose medical conditions (heart problems, recent surgeries, etc.)
- All participants must sign liability waiver (minors require guardian signature)
5. Safety & Conduct
- Guides reserve right to refuse participation for safety reasons
- Alcohol/drugs prohibited before or during trips
- Participants must follow guide instructions at all times
- RTR not liable for lost/damaged personal items
6. Trip Modifications
- RTR reserves right to:
- Change launch points/routes based on conditions
- Cancel trips due to unsafe conditions
- Combine partial groups
- In case of operator-initiated cancellation: Full refund or reschedule
7. Media Release
By participating, you grant RTR permission to use trip photos/videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before trip departure.
8. Assumption of Risk
Whitewater rafting involves inherent risks including but not limited to: capsizing, collision, hypothermia, and injury from rocks. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
9. General Terms
- Colorado law governs these terms
- Disputes must be filed in Larimer County, CO
- Terms may be updated without notice
